**The Impact You'll Have**
As the Retail Marketing Coordinator, you will support eBay's customer service, retail & marketing teams ensure that they are set up and supported to deliver on their customer promises. You'll work closely with category management, product and other retail facing teams along with the retailers themselves to identify opportunities for engagement & operational improvements to help deliver better marketing campaigns and improve the customer experiences for their retail customers (buyers) and to help them grow their sales.
You will predominantly support the Retail Marketing Manager to help deliver on their marketing campaigns and retail facing initiatives.
**Day to day**
- Managing ad-hoc retail marketing campaigns
- Building content within our marketing channels such as seller centre & in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Compiling and delivering seller marketing campaign performance reporting
- Ad hoc campaign support
- Ad hoc campaign management
- Local and global stakeholder management to deliver new marketing initiatives
- Managing the campaign briefing process with internal stakeholders and managing expectations of global stakeholders
**What We're Looking for**
- 1-2 years working in a sales and/or marketing admin role
- Highly desirable - 1+ years experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud & Marketing Cloud or other CRM platform experience
- Strong prioritisation skills, strategic thinking and attention to detail
- Experience in managing reporting and delivering tangible insights & actions
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and achieve communications/marketing and customer goals
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to network, build relationships and influence stakeholders upwards, downward and across teams
- Ability to self-educate, learn fast and work autonomously
