Nursery & Customer Service Team Member – Permanent Part-Time
Lake Mitre 10 Toronto is a locally owned and community-focused hardware store, and we're on the lookout for a committed, energetic and positive team member to join us on a permanent part-time basis, working Thursday to Saturday.
This role has a strong focus on our nursery, so a genuine interest in plants is important. Daily responsibilities include plant care and maintenance, presentation, cleanliness and general upkeep of the nursery, ensuring it always looks welcoming and well-maintained for our customers.
Experience in horticulture or plant care is highly regarded but not essential – we're more interested in someone with a great attitude, a willingness to learn, and pride in their work.
As a customer-facing role, excellent customer service and communication skills are essential. You'll enjoy helping customers, offering advice, and being part of a friendly, supportive team environment.
