We have an excellent opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator to join our team in the Brisbane Head Office in Milton.

The role of Recruitment Administrator will see you working on Blue Collar high volume roles across multiple projects and divisions within Monadelphous. You will be liaising with Recruiters to onboard employees, and to help deliver a steady stream of talent with a strong customer service driven approach.
What you will bring
* Previous administration experience a must
* Previous experience working in a Recruitment environment, booking medicals and training highly regarded
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and to new systems & processes
* Takes the initiative to set and achieve challenging work goals; focuses one's time and energy to maintain high work standards.
* Previous experience in the resource industry is highly regarded but not essential
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
* Experience with Microsoft systems including but not limited to Word, Excel & Office
