Your role will include: Delivering respectful, trauma – informed, and person-centred care Implementing individualised care plans and therapuetic programs Supporting inclusion through community access, recreation, and everyday skill-building Modelling positive, courageous behaviours that promote safety and resilience Working collaboratively with families, caseworkers, and multidisciplinary teams Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with all legislative and orgainsationsal requirements Complying with child safety, NDID, and workplace health and safety requirements Locations: Toowoomba, surrounds and Laidley Roster: Varied roster including weekday shifts and sleepovers.
