our client is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Assistant to provide 1:1 support to our Managing Partner. This is not your average assistant role – it’s a genuine opportunity to be fully immersed in the practice, working closely on high-quality matters every day.

What You’ll Be Doing No two days will be the same! Your role will include:
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Liaising directly with clients
- Managing billing and accounts tasks
- Conducting legal research
- Being the “go-to” person for your Partner across all matters
What we are looking for:
- Previous legal assistant experience (commercial or property law desirable)
- Exposure to PEXA, ASIC, InfoTrack and/or lease agreement drafting (preferred but not essential)
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Ability to take initiative and anticipate needs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
