About the Opportunity
We’re seeking a People Experience Manager to lead the design and delivery of frameworks, programs, and initiatives that strengthen organisational capability, support cultural transformation, and improve the employee experience. This strategic role plays a key part in attracting, retaining, and engaging talent across ASC. This role is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract commencing ideally Mid‑Feb 2026.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategies and frameworks that enhance the experience of all employees.
* Lead the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, EVP & Retention, Cultural Transformation, and Employee Listening portfolios.
* Design and deliver initiatives that improve employee experience and organisational capability.
* Collaborate across the broader Organisational Development and People & Culture teams, and the broader business to ensure alignment and consistency.
* Lead and inspire the People Experience team, fostering a culture of stakeholder centricity and continuous improvement.
About You
* Tertiary qualifications in HR, Organisational Development, Psychology, Learning or equivalent.
* 7+ years’ experience leading in organisational development or people experience‑focused HR roles.
* Proven ability to deliver organisation‑wide programs and cultural change initiatives.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
* Analytical capability to translate workforce data into meaningful insights.
* Strategic thinker with hands‑on ability to implement solutions.
Eligibility
Eligibility for this role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility is dependent on obtaining and maintaining such clearance. To check your eligibility please visit the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency website.
