Chef de Partie required to join our culinary team in the Hunter Valley.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with fellow kitchen team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Prepare and cook meals to the highest standard following recipes and maintaining consistency.
* Presentation of beautifully crafted dishes ensuring every plate leaves the kitchen perfectly dressed.
* Maintain stock control and ensure safe storage of food and kitchen supplies.
* Contribute creative ideas and assist in developing new menu items with the Head Chef.
Qualifications
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification.
* Proven experience in a similar role within a fast-paced kitchen environment.
* Strong knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques.
* Excellent communication skills and a team-focused mindset.
* A positive proactive attitude and genuine passion for food.
