Community Physiotherapist – Permanent Part-Time | Sunshine Coast
3 days a week | Up to $100k + Super | Salary Packaging + Travel Reimbursement
This is a permanent part-time role (3 days per week) with a well-established not-for-profit, nationwide provider delivering services across Australia. You'll be supporting older adults and people living with disability to stay safe, mobile and independent through one-on-one evidence-based care in their homes.
There's lots of flexibility built into this role, including the ability to complete your report writing and admin from home.
What you'll be doing:
Your appointments will be thoughtfully scheduled by a dedicated rostering team to minimise travel and maximise your time with clients.
Aged Care Clients (Home Care Packages & Short-Term Restorative Care):
* Conduct in-home assessments and treatments
* Support clients with mobility, strength, and fall prevention
* Deliver rehabilitation and pain management programs
* Collaborate with carers, families and other health professionals
NDIS Participants:
* Provide functional assessments and therapy
* Develop goal-oriented therapy plans
* Recommend assistive technology and home modifications
* Work with support coordinators, families and other providers

What we're looking for
* AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist
* Previous experience in aged care or disability (NDIS) preferred
* Great communication and time management skills
* A genuine passion for supporting clients in a community setting
