Join Flick Anticimex – a leader in pest control and hygiene services across Australia. We're on the lookout for a hands-on Branch Operations Manager to lead our Port Macquarie branch. This is a key leadership role with a strong operational focus—perfect for someone who thrives on driving efficiency, leading teams, and delivering exceptional service.

About the Role


As the Branch Operations Manager, you'll take full ownership of the branch's day-to-day operations. This is not a sales or finance-heavy role—it's about operational leadership, team management, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and high service standards.
* Lead and support a diverse team of pest control technicians, administrative, and support staff—fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
* Identify and support revenue opportunities in collaboration with the wider team.
* Recruit and onboard new pest control technicians based on business needs.
* Support ongoing training and development through internal programs.
* Manage the branch fleet to ensure vehicles meet company standards.
* Resolve escalated customer issues promptly and professionally.
* Monitor customer feedback and implement service improvements.
* Provide regular performance reports to senior management.
* Analyse market trends and contribute to regional planning and strategy.

What We're Looking For


We're seeking someone who:

* Has a strong operational background and leadership experience.
* Brings at least 3 years' experience in a similar operational or people management role.
* Is confident managing teams and driving performance.
* Understands the importance of compliance, safety, and customer satisfaction.
* Thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
* Has excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Is ready to take ownership and lead from the front.
* A tertiary qualification in business, operations, or a related field is highly regarded but not essential.

* Base Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 + Super
* Bonus: Up to 30% of base salary
