Requirements:
* Access to a registered vehicle with insurance and a valid driver's license
* Prior experience working in Disability or Community Support (Advantage) or Mental Health
* Experience working as a mentor (Advantage)
* Ability to drive company vehicle (Auto)
* Prior experience in Disability or Aged Care (Advantage)
* Medication Charts documentation experience (Advantage)
* Compliance with policies, procedures, and Healing Minds SA Core Values
* Proficient English language skills (verbal and written)
* Handling client issues to ensure they are managed in a timely and professional manner
* Flexible to cover shift cancellations on weekdays and weekends
Qualifications:
* Previous experience
* Cert III in Individual Support/Aged-Disability or equivalent (Completed or Enrolled)
* Assist with Medication Training (Advantage)
* Hours: per week – Depending on your work flexibility
* Salary: $33.00 – $43.00 per hour – Depending on work experience and qualification
