What you'll be doing
Manage all administrative tasks including scheduling, diary management, email and telephone support
Coordinate office operations and procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity
Oversee procurement, inventory, and maintenance of office equipment and supplies
Provide event planning and coordination support for internal and external meetings
Assist with HR administration such as onboarding, offboarding, and leave management
Act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service
Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as required to support the broader team
What we're looking for
A minimum of 3 years' experience in an administrative/office management role
Outstanding organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and approachable manner
Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office suite
A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
Flexibility and adaptability to support a dynamic work environment
Initiative and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues
