Job Type: Part Time • Location: Alinea Koh-I-Noor, Wembley • Pay: $28.12 per hour + Super + Penalty Rates • Roster: Saturday & Sunday, 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM
Join Cater Care at our Wembley aged care site as a Weekend Chef, where you'll prepare fresh, nutritious meals for residents in a modern kitchen environment. Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and present fresh, nutritious meals for residents and staff
* Assist with daily kitchen operations and bulk meal preparation
* Provide friendly and efficient service
* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment
* Follow food safety and workplace safety standards
* Prepare and present texture-modified meals with care and precision
About You
* Previous experience in a similar role (aged care experience desirable but not essential)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication, time management, and attention to detail
* A positive attitude and passion for creating great food
