Job Title: Office Administrator/ Architectural Assistant
This is a role that supports the entire business process, encompassing office administration and architectural projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to project submissions and tenders by performing administrative tasks.
* Welcome visitors to the workplace with a professional demeanor.
* Develop drawings and documents for architectural projects through preparation, development, and editing.
* Assist in creating marketing materials, updating the website, and designing graphics presentations.
* Support senior team members as required.
* Monitor and update project records regularly, including entering time worked on jobs weekly in our workflow management system.
* Report any discrepancies or errors to the project leader promptly.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
* A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Design, or a related field.
* Proficiency in ArchiCAD or similar software.
* Indesign or Affinity Publisher skills are also beneficial.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
* Excellent communication skills.
* Attention to detail is essential.
* Strong teamwork and time management abilities.
