Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* Personal Care: Bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
* Domestic Support: Cleaning, laundry, meal prep, maintaining a safe home
* Social & Community Engagement: Outings, appointments, and connection
* Life Skills & Independence: Supporting with shopping, cooking
* Medication & Transport Assistance: Where suitably qualified
* Respite & Mental Health Support: Temporary care and behavioural support

What We\'re Looking For
* QLD C/CA Driver's Licence + reliable vehicle
* Compassionate and client-centred approach
* Strong communication and resilience in varied situations
* Certificate III (or higher) in Individual Support or equivalent
* 12+ months of industry experience
* Experience in personal care, manual handling, and behavioural support
