Key Responsibilities and Objectives
We are seeking an experienced SharePoint administrator to action and resolve incoming SPO-related incidents and service requests within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
For complex issues, the successful candidate will escalate them to senior administrators or vendors as required.
The role involves managing SharePoint permissions at site library and list-level access in line with our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Additionally, we need someone to implement and maintain SharePoint and 365 groups per defined governance standards.
Key responsibilities include creating, configuring, and maintaining SharePoint online sites, document libraries, and lists.
Our ideal candidate will apply and enforce Treasury's Information Architecture (IA) standards, including global term store and column configuration.
They must also identify and remediate non-compliant sites, libraries, and content.
Finally, support periodic audits and reporting on configuration compliance.
