Support Worker
We are seeking support workers to assist individuals with disabilities in a leading support services platform based in Yeppoon.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist individuals with daily living tasks and personal care needs
* Develop and implement personalized support plans to promote independence and well-being
* Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality support
* Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Requirements
* Valid NDIS Screening and police checks
* First Aid certification
* Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in a related field (aged care, mental health, community services)
