About the Position
The successful candidate will oversee daily restaurant operations to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction and meet desired business outcomes.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage staff to deliver efficient and accurate preparation and sale of food products, resulting in high customer satisfaction levels
* Lead team members to provide fast and friendly service in a clean environment that exceeds customer expectations
* Provide guidance and feedback to shift coordinators and assistant managers
* Take full responsibility for managing the restaurant's profit and loss by implementing effective marketing strategies and adhering to cash control/security procedures
Requirements
* Must be at least 18 years old
* Complete all internal training programs
* 1-2 years of experience in restaurant management
* A strong understanding of financial statements and ability to influence profitability
