About the role:
This opportunity is full-time, Monday to Friday with daily hours 8:30pm - 5pm. We offer a flexible working arrangement with office contact days being Monday to Wednesday and Thursdays and Friday flexibility to work from home.
Full training and onboarding will be Monday to Friday in the office for the first few months to ensure the correct collaboration and tools are provided to set you up for success in the role.
The Bunnings WA Support Office is based in Rivervale.
What's involved:
- Process new Powerpass Credit- Interpret and assess online credit reports- Obtain additional documentation and security as required, including directors guarantees, financials and customer background- Credit risk management of existing accounts for both Australia and New Zealand (Credit Limit Review Processes)- Manage NZ entity registrations- Provide administrative support by correctly distributing mail and registration of returned documentation- Provide phone support to our Internal and External stakeholders- Work with the Credit Risk Manager, Credit Risk Team Leader and team of Risk Officers as well as Commercial teams and customers.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills- Must be able to make a correct assessment decision confidently- Must be highly motivated, friendly, and approachable with well-developed interpersonal skills- Ability to adapt quickly and maintain productivity in a high performing team- Must be able to multitask while keeping excellent attention to detail- Excellent time management skills are required- Sound computer skills with the ability to troubleshoot through any system issues that may arise- Ability to work within a team and autonomously- Must have a high level of initiative.
