Solahart Central Coast are seeking a qualified and experienced Solar & Battery Installer to join our team as we continue to grow and deliver high-quality renewable energy solutions to our customers.
About The Role
You will be responsible for installing residential and light commercial solar PV and battery systems, ensuring all work meets Solahart's high standards for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Installation of solar PV systems and battery storage solutions
* Electrical installation in compliance with Australian Standards, CEC guidelines, and Solahart policies
* System testing, commissioning, and fault finding
* Site assessments and minor troubleshooting as required
* Completion of all compliance documents and paperwork
* Delivering a professional and customer-focused on-site experience
Essential Requirements
* Unrestricted NSW Electrical Licence
* Clean Energy Council (CEC) Solar Accreditation
* CEC Battery Storage Accreditation
* Minimum 2+ years' experience in solar and/or battery installations
* Current White Card
* Valid NSW Driver's Licence
* Strong knowledge of AS/NZS standards and solar compliance
* Ability to work at heights and perform manual handling safely
* High attention to detail, reliability, and strong work ethic
Desirable Skills
* Experience installing battery systems and hybrid inverters
* Experience with residential and small commercial installs
* Strong problem-solving skills and professional communication
