Job Overview
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team.
This role involves working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to exacting standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Italian cuisine and possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of chefs.
A successful Chef de Partie will demonstrate a thorough understanding of food safety procedures and be able to maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times.
Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience using Deputy (or similar Time & Attendance system) is required.
