This role involves inspiring and developing a high-performing team, achieving sales targets, and ensuring store profitability. The successful candidate will also be responsible for adhering to visual merchandising guidelines, recruiting and training staff, and engaging in marketing activations to build customer awareness and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieving personal and store sales targets, while maintaining the ongoing profitability of the store.
* Implementing and adhering to visual merchandising standards, including smooth store model implementation for new collection launches.
* Recruiting, developing, and managing a high-performing team through development paths and provided training tools to optimize store performance.
