With over 500 projects currently in the pipeline and new work being added every week, we're looking for additional experienced Roofing Operations Leads to join our growing leadership team.
This role is perfect for an experienced:
* Roofer
* Leading Hand
* Foreman
* Supervisor
who knows metal roofing inside and out and is ready to move further off the tools and into leadership.
You'll oversee projects, manage subcontractors, support crews, drive quality outcomes, and play a key role in the continued growth of CORSA Roofing.
The Opportunity
As Roofing Operations Leads, you'll oversee roofing projects across:
* Residential Roofing
* Commercial Roofing
This is a leadership role with real influence, responsibility and growth potential.
What You'll Be Doing
Roofing Operations
* Manage multiple roofing projects
* Oversee scheduling and project delivery
* Review and approve materials
* Monitor productivity and qualityManage initial site inspections and project close‐outs
* Identify risks before they become problems
* Ensure projects remain profitable
* Lead roofing crews and subcontractors
* Conduct toolbox talks and site meetings
* Mentor and develop team members
* Build strong site culture
* Promote accountability and performance
* Attend leadership meetings
Subcontractor Growth
* Build contractor relationships
* Expand CORSA's roofing network
* Assist workforce planning and resourcing
* Help increase delivery capacity across QLD & NSW
* A strong network of roofers, subcontractors, suppliers or industry contacts will be highly regarded.
Safety & Compliance
* Maintain strong WHS standards
* Conduct site inspections and audits
* Ensure SWMS compliance
* Drive quality assurance processes
* Lead by example
