We currently have a vacancy for a **Maintenance Coordinator** to be part of a hands on and fast paced environment
It is a requirement to be able to work in a team environment, have well developed relationship building skills as well as fantastic verbal and written communication skills.
With strong focus on cost control/cost reduction and reliability whilst providing excellent customer service.
**You will be responsible for**:
- Deliver outstanding customer service outcomes to all stakeholders
- Key account Maintenance programs
- Providing repair authorisations in line with vehicle contracts, repairers agreed accreditation and within delegated approvals
- Review additional work requests against issued maintenance authorisation
- Ensure all issued work authorities are effectively cost controlled in line with processes and procedures
- Provide client advice and assistance on maintenance related issues
- Reconciliation of issued work authorities
**About you**
- A proven ability to be adaptable to changing priorities
- Time management skills including the ability to plan and reschedule in accordance with changes in priorities
- Experience in a similar role with prior experience with case management
- If successful a police check will be undertaken
