There is an exciting opportunity for an experienced National Senior Creative to join our Events division. This role is based in our Melbourne office, reporting to the National Creative Lead.

The Role
This role works across national events in the corporate and sporting space, supporting our teams in delivering creative, functional, and high-impact event environments.
As a National Senior Creative, you will play a key role in responding to client briefs with thoughtful creative concepts, supported by spatial layouts, floor plans, and quotations where required. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to ensure each event is executed to a high standard, from concept through to onsite delivery.
You will succeed in this role through your strong styling experience, spatial awareness, client-facing confidence, and ability to balance creative vision with practical execution.
About You
You are an experienced event creative with a strong understanding of spatial planning and venue environments, and you thrive working as part of a national team.
You will bring:
* Demonstrated experience in event styling, ideally across corporate, sporting, or large-scale events
* Strong venue knowledge and ability to adapt styling to diverse spaces
* Proven experience in spatial planning and producing floor plans
* Experience using SketchUp or similar design software
* Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is preferable
* Strong knowledge of local suppliers and sourcing solutions
* Confidence working client-facing, both in planning stages and onsite
* Experience managing onsite bump-in and bump-out
* A collaborative mindset and ability to work with, and build on, the creative ideas of others
You are creative, mature in your approach, flexible, and team‐orientated, with a strong eye for detail and styling consistency.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to event briefs with creative styling solutions supported by layouts and quotes
* Provide creative and design advice to clients, both remotely and onsite
* Design event spaces that are aspirational, functional, and aligned with Valiant standards
* Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless event solutions
* Manage onsite installations professionally, including client walk‐throughs
* Support national teams with styling expertise across multiple locations
* Contribute to a positive team dynamic and high‐performance culture
A Typical Day Will Include
* Responding to incoming event briefs with creativity and curiosity
* Developing spatial concepts and styling solutions based on client needs
* Working closely with logistics and operations teams to deliver events successfully
* Being onsite to oversee installations and ensure styling intent is delivered
* Supporting and mentoring team members where required
