Job Title: Home Care Support Worker
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Support Worker to provide high-quality care and support to our aged community members in Ulverstone, TAS.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily living tasks, providing personal care services, and offering social and emotional support to clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities
* Daily Living Tasks:
* Assist with housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
* Provide bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance as required
* Support clients with daily activities and routines
Requirements
* A valid Australian Driver's Licence and insured vehicle
* 3 months+ experience in a similar role
* Ability to work independently and build positive relationships
