About the Role: We are seeking Retail Supervisors to join our team located in Bunbury and Australind, WA Our aim is to make our Customers and Employees experience at Spudshed a welcoming and engaging one Responsibilities:
Retail Supervisors responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Maintain service standards by developing your team and ensuring correct house-keeping is maintained for cleanliness and safety
Driving team culture in line with Spudshed values
Ensuring that customer receive prompt service and quality goods and services Responding to customer queries and complaints about goods and services
Employee management (interviewing, hiring, training, evaluation, performance management, dismissing, promoting staff, and resolving staff grievances)
Instructing staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales procedures
Examining returned goods and deciding on appropriate action
Taking inventory of goods for sale and ordering new stock
Ensuring that goods and services are correctly priced and displayed
Ensuring safety and security procedures are enforced
About you
Previous experience (1 year or more) in a management/supervisory role
AQF Certificate II or Ill
Strong analytical and problem solving
Strong communication skills
Location: Bunbury and Australind Salary: $68,835 - $80,000
