Volunteer for Waverley Park Homestead Art ExhibitionThe Waverley Park Homestead at Willunga hosts an ongoing exhibition called "Our District: Willunga Districts Built Heritage Art" and holds four temporary exhibitions annually (each of three months duration).
In addition, the Homestead offers a regular program of gallery openings, talks, monthly art classes run by local artists, workshops, craft and folk music sessions, and provides local community groups a venue for meetings, events, and activities.Exhibitions are curated by our Curator together with a volunteer team.
The gallery is open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 1 pm to 4 pm.
Volunteers will work alongside an Acting Manager and assist with opening and closing duties, visitor engagement, event support, and general gallery operations.
Volunteers will need to register with the Willunga National Trust and undergo a Working with Children and Police Check (free of charge for volunteers).
