Key Responsibilities:
* Confidently navigate complex sales cycles, ensuring compliance with Western Australian Government procurement regulations.
* Develop effective tender response strategies that meet specific WA Government legal, commercial, and technical requirements.
* Proven success in complex sales: demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas, preferably in enterprise SaaS, cloud, data, or digital transformation.
* Stakeholder engagement: exceptional ability to build and maintain multi-threaded relationships with senior-level public servants and procurement/commercial teams.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience selling technology solutions directly into the Western Australian Government, State Agencies, or Local Government.
* Strong understanding of Western Australian Government procurement rules, processes, tender requirements, and existing Common Use Arrangements (CUAs) relevant to ICT/SaaS purchases.
* Solid understanding of Australian Government security compliance requirements, including familiarity with concepts like IRAP certification and the need for Australian Data Residency.
