In this position, you will assist with developing the service team, providing staff with leadership, training, and mentoring. You will be responsible for the overall day-to-day running of the department, assisting with scheduling and assigning work and communicating with customers. There is also a requirement to work on repair orders. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate: Leadership and people management skills Competent technical skills Well-developed interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills Prior experience and knowledge in the agricultural industry is desired but not essential.
