In this key role, you'll work closely with both internal squads and clients' technical teams to design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions aligned with business needs.
Core Responsibilities:
* Design & Architect: Craft innovative software solutions that meet business objectives.
* Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with delivery managers, technical directors, and client teams to ensure quality from strategy to deployment.
* Drive Technical Excellence: Uphold best practices in software architecture, performance, security, and code quality.
* Translate Business Requirements: Convert complex requirements into impactful solutions that drive results.
* Stay Ahead of Technology Trends: Apply your deep experience in web tech, microservices, AWS, and modern front/back-end frameworks to drive innovation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* 7+ years in software development & architecture, with 2+ years in a Tech Lead or Architect role.
* Strong command of non-functional requirements—security, performance, scalability.
* Hands-on with AWS, APIs, microservices, and integration patterns.
* Ability to manage architectural roadmaps, tech debt, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Strong communicator and strategic thinker with a passion for solving real-world business problems.
