We're Hiring: Video Editor

Are you passionate about turning raw footage into scroll-stopping content? We’re looking for a skilled and creative Video Editor to join our team! You'll bring our brand stories to life by editing both short- and long-form videos that captivate, engage, and inspire across platforms.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Edit and produce both short- and long-form videos for our website and social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and ads
- Enhance video quality through colour correction, audio adjustments, and other post-production techniques
- Format videos appropriately for different platforms:
- - 9:16 for Reels and TikTok
- 6:9 for YouTube and advertising
- Create transformation-style videos with clear before, process, and after shots
- Submit a minimum of 3 trendy and potentially viral videos per week
- Deliver high-quality, polished outputs that meet deadlines and reflect brand standards
️ Tools You'll Be Using
- ClickUp – for managing video tasks, deadlines, and feedback loops
- Google Drive – for organising raw footage, drafts, and final video outputs
- Google Docs / Sheets – for scripting, planning, and asset tracking
- GChat – for team communication and updates
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in video editing with a strong portfolio
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to select impactful visuals
- Proficiency in editing software, colour grading, and post-production workflows
- Knowledge of aspect ratios and how to apply them effectively across platforms
- Strong time and project management skills
- Proficiency in ClickUp or similar project management tools
Preferred Skills
- Ability to create smooth transitions and engaging effects
- Up-to-date with current video trends and best practices
