About the Centre
Introducing Edens Landing: our centre operates from 6:30am to 6:30pm and caters to the unique needs of children aged 6 weeks to 5 years. We create purposeful, engaging spaces that inspire creativity, curiosity, and exploration.

Responsibilities
* Brings experience as a Lead Educator and leads with heart, care, and inclusivity
* Is genuinely passionate about early childhood education and thrives on creating inspiring learning spaces
* Designs purposeful programs that empower children to explore, discover, and grow as independent learners
* Encourages curiosity, resilience, and confidence in every child
* Engages young minds through meaningful, intentional interactions and teaching
* Builds strong foundations for a lifelong love of learning
Qualifications
* A Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA‐approved equivalent)
* A current Working with Children Check
* Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
* Full Australian working rights
* A professional, approachable, and friendly presentation
* The confidence and curiosity to build genuine connections with families and the local community
* A team‐first mindset and a passion for making a real difference
* Two professional references, including one from a current or former childcare/education manager or supervisor
