About the Role
This full-time position involves working with clients to assess and address auditory issues. The successful candidate will possess strong clinical skills and be able to work effectively within a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Audiological Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments of non-complex adult clients to identify auditory problems.
2. Rehabilitative Support: Provide personalized support, including hearing aid fitting, assistive listening devices, and communication strategies.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and external agencies to ensure seamless service delivery.
4. Travel: Travel to visiting sites and home visits as required.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
1. Tertiary qualification in Audiology.
2. Current membership with Audiology Society of Australia.
3. Sound knowledge of clinical Audiology and Australian Audiology standards.
4. Experience working with National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) schemes.
5. Ability to travel to other locations as required.
