Student enrolment officer (cranbourne)

📍 South East Melbourne | 🗓️ ASAP start | ⏳ 8–10 weeks (potential extension & longer-term opportunity)

We are seeking an experienced Student Enrolment Advisor to join a well-respected education provider on a temporary basis. This role is 0.8 FTE (4 days per week) with Mondays required, the other days flexible, and 1 day per week working from home.

This is an ASAP start role, offering an initial 8–10 week assignment with the possibility of extension and longer-term opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Responding to student and partner enquiries, providing accurate course and enrolment advice
- Processing enrolments, payments, transfers, and refunds accurately and efficiently
- Generating reports and analysing enrolment data using Strata
- Supporting business areas with compliance and process requirements
- Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure a positive student and partner experience
- Providing general administrative support to ensure smooth operations of short courses

About You To succeed in this role, you will bring:
✔ Proven experience in administration within a busy and complex environment
✔ Experience using Strata student management system(essential)
✔ Strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with a wide range of stakeholders

Requirements

- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check
- Hold or obtain an Employee Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
