Bodyworks is a family run Physiotherapy practice in Broome. Our primary goal is the care of our patients and clients using evidence based health practices as well as promoting healthy living. Our wide range of services provide patients with therapies designed to tackle every angle of an issue. We offer Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation, Scoliosis Therapy, Women's Health Physiotherapy, NDIS Services, Paediatric Services and Rehabilitation Pilates. Our aim as a team of health professionals is to give patients the best service to get to the bottom of the problem and create a plan to fix it.
The Role
Working as part of our multi-disciplinary team, you will be client facing, perform administration and reception duties while providing a high level of customer service and support for our clients. The position is full time.
Duties
* Work as a team player with physiotherapists to organise schedules
* Manage retention of patients and clients
* File and scan of documents
* Schedule client bookings using Mind Body Online software
* Cleaning and clinic upkeep
Key Requirements

* Willingness to ask questions when needed
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Multi-Tasker in a fast-paced environment
* Team player
* A strong interest in the health and wellness industry
* Strong customer service skills and sales
* A high level of computer literacy and willingness to adapt to learn new systems
* Previous reception/customer service experience advantageous
* Mind Body Online program experience an advantage but not a requirement
