App Support Engineer

Responsibilities
* Provide expert support for the suite of Java‑based applications, directly assisting customers with their day‑to‑day banking needs.
* Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve services using modern tools and technologies.
* Liaise across teams to resolve issues, enhance processes, and share knowledge within a collaborative environment.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience supporting Java applications, with strong debugging and problem‑solving skills.
* Familiarity with cloud platforms, containerisation, and modern monitoring tools such as Sumologic or Dynatrace.
* Ability to communicate clearly and coordinate effectively with colleagues, including participating in on‑call rotations when required.
* A proactive approach to documenting solutions and sharing insights to improve team knowledge and customer outcomes.
* Commitment to maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and contributing to ongoing process improvements.
