M&B Rural & Pet Supplies Dunsborough is looking for a motivated and hands-on Retail Team Leader to support the daily operations of our growing store.

About the Role
As Retail Team Leader, you will:
Lead from the front on the retail floor
Support and coach team members
Drive strong merchandising and stock presentation
Assist in achieving sales targets
Maintain safe and organised store standards
You'll work closely with the Branch Manager to ensure the store runs smoothly, professionally and profitably.
About You
You are:
* A confident retail leader (or ready to step up)
* Passionate about customer service
* Knowledgeable in rural, hardware or pet products (highly regarded)
* Commercially aware and organised
* Energetic and reliable
Forklift licence or rural background is advantageous but not essential.
