Talent Foundry are working exclusively with a well-established WA based electrical contractor that is actively building its presence in Perth's South West region. With commercial projects secured and a strong pipeline of ongoing maintenance work they offer long-term stability and the opportunity to be part of the growth locally.
This is a permanent, site-based role covering Margaret River through to Dunsborough and Busselton. It suits electricians who are already based in the Southwest or have confirmed relocation plans in place. It is not FIFO and not intended for short-term or casual arrangements.
The Role
* Commercial electrical installation and maintenance
* Projects and service work across Margaret River / Dunsborough / Busselton
* Fault finding and problem-solving on site
* Coordinating with builders, clients and consultants
* Working alongside other trades and apprentices
* Supporting delivery across different project stages
What We're Looking For
* Solid commercial electrical background post apprenticeship
* Data/communications experience is highly regarded
* Strong communication and customer service approach on site
* Pride in workmanship and presentation
* Safety and quality focused, consistent and reliable
* Wants long-term stability and the chance to grow with a business as it expands in the South West

Licenses / Requirements
* WA A Grade electrical licence (or ability to obtain via mutual recognition)
* Construction white card
* Ability to obtain a national police clearance
* Open cabling registration (preferred/advantageous)
* Strong safety awareness
* Ability to pass a medical and D&A assessment
