Requirements: At least 1 year of experience as a CRM Manager or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Oracle). Proficiency in data analysis and reporting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Experience in customer support or a related field is a plus.
