Due to an increase in business, an opportunity now exists for an accomplished end-to-end EDI Order Coordinator to join a friendly & long-established team in the wholesale clothing sector. This is a buzzing office-based role, working closely with major clients in managing large order volumes through the EDI process from receipt to invoice.
This is the type of role that will see you as a focal coordination point between various stakeholders in the service process, both internally (Accounts Receivable, Operations & Supply, Sales & Marketing Departments) and externally - the larger retail clients (eg. Myer, David Jones, Target etc.)
As such, your good time management, attention to detail and fast problem-solving skills will be required on a daily basis. You'll need plenty of initiative and have the ability to develop product knowledge quickly in a fast-paced environment.
The right candidate will have:
* Business customer service / Account Management background
* A strong end-to-end EDI ordering system experience (eg. Salesforce, Zendesk, SAP, ORACLE, PRONTO)
* The ability to handle clients and internal stakeholder demands effectively
* A high level of proficiency in picking up new software
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
