About the Role:
The Fixed Plant Maintenance team seeks a Maintenance Shutdown Coordinator to join them on a 4 Days on, 3 Days off Roster based at Roy Hill mine.
As a Maintenance Shutdown Coordinator, you will be responsible for administrative support to the Maintenance Scheduling team, managing vendor relationships and engagement, facilitating interdepartmental communications, and overseeing logistics coordination and management.
You will also handle financial and administrative tasks, conduct shutdown facility checks, and develop and implement new processes to ensure business continuity.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and document management databases
* Service-oriented approach with strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and autonomously
