We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth within our Property Management division. In this role, you will build relationships, secure new managements, convert leads, and work closely with rental providers, developers and referral partners to grow our portfolio. Key Responsibilities Generate and convert new business opportunities Build relationships with developers, builders and referral partners Attend listing presentations and prospective client appointments Manage new listings through to leasing handover Work closely with the sales and property management teams Ensure compliance with legislation and company standards Skills & Experience Experience in sales, business development or real estate Strong communication and negotiation skills Chinese speaking ability will be highly regarded Organised, proactive and results-driven Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and within a team Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Agents Representative Certificate or equivalent required Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred but not essential Join a supportive team with strong career growth opportunities and a reputable market presence.
