**About the role**:
A new opportunity as National In-store Communications Manager has arisen within our central marketing function. This is an energetic and highly rewarding role where you’ll take ownership of what our customers see and experience in-store.
**What you’ll be doing**:
Reporting to the Head of Store Experience - Marketing, you’ll be the the conduit between marketing and the wider organisation. You’ll land large and varied campaigns in-store, ensuring they’re executed brilliantly to enhance customer experience and shift behaviour.
You’ll develop and deliver the approach, design principles, POS canvas, Governance, POC, and scaled implementation of visual identity that supports brand, value, quality, and campaign messaging.
**You’ll also**:
- Be the voice of the customer in every campaign
- Lead in-store process and execution activities in respect of shelf edge management
- Develop the playbook, processes, and the implementation operational model
- Evaluate the impact, deployment, and ROI of POS events & POS instore
- Be accountable for the instore comms, 3rd party implementation, and freight budget
- Embed a high-performance culture.
- Take the lead of store and state engagement of best practice execution communication.
**About you**:
Insights and data-driven, you’re an exceptional planner, stakeholder manager, and influencer.
With 5+ years’ experience in retail/print/campaign management, you’re a marketing operations leader and come from a retailer or print production background.
**You’ll also need**:
- Strong people leadership and management skills
- Exceptional project management, juggling, and prioritisation skills
- A strong eye for detail
- Excellent budget management and reconciliation skills
- A strong understanding of the print production process, from concept to store.
