Customer Success Role:
We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused professional to help accelerate growth in key regions. You will represent our market-leading Building Systems range – covering residential and commercial aluminium window and door Aluminium framing systems, security screens, and other home improvement solutions.
* You will build strong, long-term partnerships with suppliers across key growth areas—playing a central role in our expansion and customer satisfaction strategy.
* You will develop and execute strategic customer growth plans working alongside teams including supply chain, operations, warehousing, software, and marketing.
* You will become a trusted technical advisor, leveraging access to our Melbourne-based NATA-accredited testing lab and national product managers.
This is a field-based role with flexible hot-desks available at our Campbellfield Distribution Centre and our purpose-built Docklands Architectural Showroom featuring the latest of our products for you to engage with clientele.
