We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Research & Development team. This role involves driving the development of new products and enhancing existing ones by improving performance, quality, and cost-efficiency—aligned with strategic business goals and timelines.

Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end product development projects, ensuring timely execution in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Technical & Development Support: Assist PD team members with documentation, artwork, and trial activities for key initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D; teams and internal stakeholders (Marketing, Commercialisation, Supply Chain) to support innovation and execution.
- Specification & Trial Management: Maintain accurate product specifications and oversee shelf-life trials for assigned projects.
- Health & Safety Commitment: Promote and uphold health, safety, and wellbeing standards across all project activities.
Qualifications
About you
- Sc (Food Science) or similar
- Candidate with minimum 1 – 2 years’ experience in an R & D related environment within the Food Industry
- Strong technical, analytical, communication and project management skills
- Computer literate, innovator, self-motivated, numerate with attention to detail
