Job Description
Based in Western Australia, this is a full-time permanent position as a Storeperson/ Admin Role - Managing all inward goods.
PFD Food Services has an extensive range of fresh meat and seafood, frozen, chilled and drygoods products. The company was formed in 1943 and recently partnered with Woolworths Group.
The purpose of this role is to maintain stock control procedures relating to receiving stock to ensure high levels of stock integrity and HACCP compliance at the branch. Key responsibilities include creating and receiving PO's, communicating with suppliers and the replenishment team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Scheduling of purchase order tasks via WMS and checking of PFD purchase orders to supplier invoices
* Booking in containers and scheduling of contractors
* Record keeping of seal numbers from containers
* Filling out the goods received checklist
* Purchase Order Management
* Liaising internally with our Purchasing, Customer Service, Warehouse and Suppliers
* Customer Service
* HACCP Compliance
Required Skills and Qualifications
* MFG/WMS Experience or other warehouse systems required
* BFM scheduling experience
* Valid High Risk Forklift Licence
* Analytical skills and attention to detail
* Great communication and interpersonal skills
* Time management skills with ability to manage work schedules unsupervised
* Knowledge of warehouse and distribution functions with product knowledge
* Flexible and reliable with capacity to work under pressure
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
* Understanding of OH&S and HACCP
* Certificate III in Warehousing or similar
