Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Supervisor in the Brisbane region. The Construction Supervisor will oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring timelines, safety standards, and quality benchmarks are met. Responsibilities include supervising site activities, coordinating with trades and suppliers, conducting inspections, and ensuring adherence to construction safety protocols.
Qualifications
* Strong Supervisory Skills and experience in Site Supervision
* Proficiency in Construction Safety and implementing safety measures on-site
* Excellent Communication skills for coordinating with teams, clients, and stakeholders
* Ability to perform thorough Inspection and ensure project quality standards
* Understanding of construction techniques, timelines, and regulatory compliance
* Relevant certifications in construction management or safety are a plus
* Proven leadership skills with a detail-oriented approach
