Job Description
As the primary custodian of the Siemens and NEFF brands in the Australia & New Zealand markets, you'll provide the vision, direction and executional guidance required to achieve consistent brand positioning and brand performance targets across the entire consumer journey. Applying a cross-functional outlook as well a deep understanding of the distinct consumer journeys in which your brand competes, your success in this role will be defined by the achievement of clear market positioning to well-defined target audiences, the proposition and adoption of new initiatives which enhance brand performance, and high marketing efficacy at critical consumer must-win moments.

Key Skills and Experience:
* Experience as a Brand Manager or Senior Brand Manager ideally within the durables or FMCG space
* A consumer-first mindset with a high-level of drive to achieve strategic and executional excellence for two brands with high growth targets
* A proven track record of interpreting brand strategy, consumer insights and positioning targets into a well-planned and executable program of work
* Commercial acumen and an ability to balance long‐term brand vision with shorter‐term sales, retail and trade penetration goals
* Strong brand building and communications management experience, leveraging both traditional and emerging channels
* Well-developed presentation and communication skills, underpinned by proud brand ownership and a commitment to proactively engage cross-functional teams in two distinct markets
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and the ability to build productive relationships with global and regional teams
