About the Position

Position Description
* Assist with day-to-day operations of the venue
* Hands-on role including opening and closing shifts
* Work across weekends and public holidays, day and evening shifts
* Manage bar operations including tills and gaming reports
* Maintain strong compliance standards across RSA, RCG, and AML
* Build relationships with regular patrons and the local community
* Support promotional and community activities (e.g. footy tipping, punters clubs, golf days)
* Ensure high levels of customer service and smooth daily operations
* Work alongside a separate restaurant team (no direct food service required)
* Use systems including SwiftPOS and Tanda for operations and rostering
Position Requirements
* Current RSA, RCG, and Anti-Money Laundering certifications
* Friendly, hands-on, and community-focused personality
* Strong customer service skills and a positive, can-do attitude
* Experience in bar or gaming operations preferred
* Willingness to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
* Interest in long-term career growth within hospitality
* Ability to build rapport with regular patrons and locals
