We are looking to engage a skilled and enthusiastic **Master Scheduler **to join our Federal Government client
The project scheduler should have solid ICT industry knowledge with minimum 5 years demonstrable experience in project scheduling. Defence experience is highly desirable.
This is your chance to make a difference for our Federal Government client in this **6 month contract **with **an additional 12 months of** **extensions **offered.
**Australian Citizens with the ability to obtain an NV1 security clearance **will be considered for this role.
**Some of the responsibilities within this role**:

- Working closely with project managers and SMEs to set up project milestones, work packages, work breakdown structures, tasks, subtasks, dependencies.
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining an effective scheduling management system.
- Coordinating project timelines with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitoring project timelines and deadlines.
- Identifying potential project schedule delays, reporting, escalating, and facilitating intervention in a timeframe expected within the project thresholds and tolerances.
- Evaluating performance and preparing project progress reports on a weekly and monthly cadence.
- Keeping all stakeholders informed of project milestone timelines and deadlines.
- Documenting project scheduling processes and maintaining records.
